Worship Commission

Mission Statement:

The Worship Commission actively supports and nurtures Worship (the expression pf spirituality through public and private prayer) at Assumption Parish by:

• Developing a genuine understanding of our parish and of our parish family's worship needs.
• Creating a dynamic worship environment that balances contemplation and activity.
• Presenting opportunities for private and community prayer.
• Encouraging diversity and individuality in worship.
• Presenting new paths while honoring traditional approaches to prayer and worship.
• Coordinating programs and activities with, and in support of, other commissions and ministries.
• Remaining clearly centered upon the mission and goals of Assumption Parish and those of the Assumption/St. Margaret Mary Pastoral Region.
