Prayer Group

The Assumption Prayer group believes that every Christian is called to pray for one another, the Church, and the World. We believe that God answers prayer and that prayer changes us. We believe that God's healing power is present when we come together in the name of Jesus.

During the prayer meeting we gather in Christian fellowship to praise God and to freely worship Him in spirit and in truth through His Word in scripture and with the gifts of the Holy Spirit. We seek and find great comfort in fellowship and sharing of our lives with one another.
Prayer requests may be placed at any time in the locked prayer boxes located in church beneath the statues of the Blessed Mother and St. Joseph.

We meet the first and third Monday at 12:30-2:00 pm in the Brides room of the church. (During the Summer we meet in members homes). Everyone is welcome. The meeting normally lasts about 90 minutes.
