Buildings & Grounds

Purpose: 

Provide guidance to the Pastor, parish staff, Pastoral Council, and Finance Committee with regard to Assumption owned buildings and grounds.  The vision is that the buildings & grounds at Assumption are well maintained, aesthetically pleasing, well suited for use intended, flexible / available, and clean.  The committee accomplishes the vision by maintaining a prioritized list of future projects that deal with capital improvements and maintenance items.  The committee walks the buildings and grounds annually, updates the project list, makes recommendations for timing required on projects.
